Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Selecting the right products from inventory offered to ensure fast sales
- Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with brands
- Liaising with suppliers and distributors
- Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data for categories
- Working closely with brands staff and department heads to decide how products should be shot for display online as also for product descriptions
- Forecasting optimum sales amongst categories
- Planning sample collections from brands, shoot dates coordination and return of samples to brands
- Controlling sample stock levels
- Using specialist computer software, for example to handle sales statistics, produce sales projections and present spreadsheets and graphs
- Analysing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colours or styles), and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential
- Monitoring slow sellers, and ensuring this data is communicated.
- Analysing previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines
- Keeping a track of current season movements in offline stores
- Meeting with brands and managing the distribution of sample stock, by negotiating , ordering stock after sales event, agreeing timescales and delivery dates, and completing the necessary paperwork
